Schoolteacher Faces Bomb Threat Charges
A Philadelphia-area elementary school teacher has been charged with making bomb threats there and at a nearby recreation complex.
John Danze, 25, was charged Tuesday with making terrorist threats, creating a risk of widespread injury and damage and causing false alarms. He was released after posting $30,000 bail.
The alleged incidents occurred between mid-January and mid-March at St. Margaret’s, a Roman Catholic elementary school, and the Coliseum, a Voorhees, N.J., recreation center, where Danze worked as an assistant swimming coach.
