Troy Group Posts Loss of $585,000 for Quarter

Troy Group Inc., a Santa Ana wireless printing and electronic payments company, posted a net loss of $585,000 for its fiscal first quarter ended Feb. 1, contrasted with earnings of $1.6 million, or 14 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. It did not provide per-share earnings for the latest three-month period. Sales dropped to $11.3 million for the quarter from $14 million.
