Tree Choppers Agree to Pay Up

A couple accused of felling 61 oak trees on state parkland to give their home a better view of Folsom Lake have agreed to pay up to $80,000 to replace them.
Christopher and Sharon Kassity reached a plea agreement with prosecutors that will avoid the possibility of six-month jail sentences.
