War Weather

The Pentagon recently postponed a missile defense test due to poor weather. A few days later when the weather improved, the test was resumed and the dummy warhead was destroyed, as planned (“Rocket Scores Third Hit in Missile Shield Tests,” Dec. 4). Our president and the Pentagon hailed this test as a great success. I hope that any nation with nuclear capabilities that chooses to attack us does so on a warm, sunny day.
