* Re “Bush Calls for Faster Relief in Tax Cuts,” Feb. 6: For those opposed to tax cuts: They are voluntary! You are not forced to accept a tax cut. Simply calculate your taxes using the new rates and then the old rates--then send the difference to the government as a donation. That way you can pay higher taxes at the old rate and I can pay lower taxes at the new rate. Total freedom. We both get what we want.
