Forget Dessert, Eat the Sauce

The new dark Chocolate Sauce from Scharffen Berger is so fabulous that you’ll want to dip into the jar just for a spoonful. It will make a great Valentine’s Day dessert over a really good ice cream or poundcake, or you could dip fresh strawberries into the chocolate for a totally decadent high. But you could just eat it straight. Because there is so much chocolate in it, it needs to be warmed before serving-50 seconds in the microwave was just right.
