2nd Teen in Killings May Agree to Return
The second of two teenagers wanted in the slayings of two Dartmouth College professors faces a court hearing today in Indiana and could be returned to New Hampshire by the weekend.
James Parker, 16, was scheduled to appear in Henry County Superior Court in New Castle, Ind., where he and Robert Tulloch, 17, both of Chelsea, Vt., were arrested at a truck stop Monday.
Henry County prosecutor Kit Crane said he expects Parker to waive his right to further extradition proceedings at the hearing and anticipates authorities will arrange to return Parker to New Hampshire today or Saturday.
Tulloch was arraigned on first-degree murder charges.
