Pinochet a No-Show for Mental Testing

Former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet failed to appear for psychological tests that a judge ordered to see if the retired general is mentally fit to stand trial for alleged human rights abuses. Pinochet had the right to the examination, which would have allowed him to escape trial if he had been declared insane.
