Miller Is Legacy Partners Regional President

* John Miller has been named president for the Southern region of Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. in Irvine. He will manage the firm’s commercial real estate activities in Southern California and Nevada. He was formerly partner at Maguire Partners and, before that, was operating partner and senior vice president for Legacy Partners Commercial.

* Sharon Fisher has joined the Orange County office of the Real Estate Industries group of Sanwa Bank California as vice president and senior relationship manager. She will work out of the Newport Beach office. Fisher had been vice president in the real estate industries groups for both Wells Fargo Bank and Union Bank of California. She also served as vice president, corporate and project finance for the Irvine Co.

* Craig Muller has been named director of alliances for Experian North America’s information solutions business group. He will be based in the company’s headquarters in Orange. Before joining Experian, Muller was chief operating officer for Rentrac Information Systems. Before that, he held a variety of positions with Experian, including director of marketing for the automotive information services group.

* Leigh Ann Brannon has joined Ware & Malcomb Architects in Irvine as project manager. She had been with Shlemmer, Kamus Algaze. Richard Avila joined the firm as project manager in interiors. He was most recently with LPA Inc., an architectural firm.

* Greg Arbues has been selected as partner-in-charge of practice development at Corbin & Wertz, an Irvine accounting and consulting firm. He joined the company in 1998, establishing and developing the sales program. Arbues has held consumer and commercial development positions in the banking industry.

* Steven J. Ross has been appointed president and chief executive of TekInsight.com Inc. in Irvine. Ross had held the position under a consulting agreement with the company.
