“Cucumber” Chicken

As its name indicates, #A BBQ Dim Sum Bakery Restaurant, which opened in September in Chinatown, offers an amazing variety of food. On one side is a bakery, on the other a collection of ingredients for icy desserts, and in between stand a display of barbecued meats and a steam table packed with hot main dishes, rice and noodles. One day’s selection included what the staff described as cucumber mushroom chicken--except that the “cucumber” was actually zucchini. Mistaken identity aside, it was a nice stir-fry, packed with rice for a complete meal.
