Singer Al Jarreau has listed his Encino home at just under $1.3 million.

The multiple Grammy-winning artist is selling his home of 10 years partly because of his busy touring schedule. He will be on tour this year with his most recent album, “Tomorrow Today,” which was released in the U.S. in March.

Jarreau’s children have grown up, and the 60-year-old jazz, pop and R&B; singer needs less room. He is looking to downsize and move farther from town.

His Encino home has five bedrooms and five baths in 6,000 square feet. The contemporary-style home was built in 1954 but was recently remodeled.

The house has granite kitchen counters, a breakfast-area fireplace, a master suite with a full kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace. The gated home also has parking for eight cars, a north-south tennis court, a pool with a waterfall and a spa, and a cabana with a steam room.

Michael Rodgers and John Barker of Century 21, Prechtl & Associates in Granada Hills have the listing.

Marcia Diamond, Neil Diamond’s former wife, has purchased a Malibu home for about its $3.9-million asking price.

After their marriage of 25 years ended in 1996, the singer-songwriter’s second wife received a divorce settlement of $150 million. She also got homes in Beverly Hills and Aspen, sources said.

It was one of the most expensive divorce settlements in show-biz history. Neil Diamond, now in his late 50s, has been one of the highest-grossing entertainers in the world.

Marcia Diamond bought a home with 30 feet of beach frontage. The house also has a courtyard entry and four bedrooms in about 2,500 square feet, plus a detached guest house, a spa and a deck off the master suite.

Billionaire businessman Marvin Davis has purchased a Brentwood home for one of his daughters for slightly more than $5 million, Realtors say.

Davis bought a five-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot house with a pool.

He purchased the Bel-Air home of actor-director Henry Winkler for the same daughter in 1998 for $6.3 million. About a year later, the house was purchased by singer-actress Janet Jackson, who sold it late last year for $9.5 million.
