The biggest pop-music divide between Southern California and the rest of the nation on the new album sales chart registers just below the Top 10, where the soundtrack to HBO’s gritty prison series “Oz,” with tracks by Master P, Snoop Dogg, the Wu-Tang Clan and other hip-hop heavyweights, comes in at No. 11 in the region. The album is No. 42 on the national chart, with sales of more than 33,000.
