Pro Golf Is More Like a Walk in the Park

Has the PGA lost its “supreme” minds? Walking a golf course as a professional golfer is not as strenuous as they want us to believe. You have a caddie to lug a 40-pound-plus bag around. He takes you to your ball, tells you what club to use, where the pin is located and how bad you played this same shot yesterday.

As a pro, you saunter from hole to hole, popping in and out tents with food and drink. At the practice range you go to the balls assigned to you. If your clubs don’t feel right, then just head on over to one of the many on-site repair stations.

This isn’t the game of golf as they portray it, this is luxury beyond belief. One handicapped person needs a cart, the handicapped PGA needs a lobotomy.
