The Irvine online car-selling service narrowed its losses in the fourth quarter while revenue climbed 35%. The company said it lost $3.3 million, or 16 cents a share, in the three month period, compared with a net loss of $4.9 million, or 27 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue increased 35% to $16.8 million. For the year, the company posted a net loss of $29 million, or $1.45 a share, compared with a net loss of $23.3 million, or $1.48 a share, for 1999. Revenue climbed 65% to $66.5 million.
