Caliri Joins Board of Pacific Western National

* Frank Caliri III has been named a director of Pacific Western National Bank in Brea, bringing the board to eight members. Caliri has owned Caliri Insurance Agency in Whittier for 12 years.

* Jeffrey T. Gill has been elected director of business development for the Orange County chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is managing principal of the Irvine office of MCG Architecture.

* Henry G. Ragin has been named senior vice president, general merchandising manager for HomeBase Inc. in Irvine. Since joining the company in 1996, Ragin has held various management positions, including vice president of kitchen, plumbing and decor and, most recently, vice president, director of merchandising of House2Home. Before that, he was a merchandising manager at Dean Floor Covering and a merchandising manager for Channel Home Centers.

* Marc Wilsey has joined Greater Alarm Co. Inc. in Irvine as chief financial officer. He was formerly controller and general manager of Tri-Ed.

* Bob McVicker has been appointed district engineer for the Mesa Consolidated Water District in Costa Mesa. He has more than 16 years of experience in water resources engineering in both the public and private sectors.

* Andrew Johnson has been appointed senior vice president, senior executive services in the Irvine office of Lee Hecht Harrison. He was formerly vice president and consultant.

* Thomas A. Beaver has been named chief executive and president of 3DSP Corp. in Irvine. He succeeds founder Kan Lu, who remains as chief technical officer. Beaver had been president and chief executive of Wyle Electronics. Before that, he was executive vice president for worldwide sales and marketing at Astec Power Inc.
