Do this while standing idly waiting for coffee to boil, while waiting for food to cook in the microwave, while standing in line at the bank, the movies, the grocery store. You'll feel so refreshed, relaxed and energized. My sisters and I had to do this three times every day while going to boarding school. We are now 80 years and over and still stand tall (whenever we remember).
