From Times Staff, Wire Reports

Three weeks after they sued the city and began working without a contract, Santa Paula police officers agreed this week to a package that includes an 11% salary increase over three years and increased retirement benefits, a negotiator said Wednesday.

The City Council will vote on the proposal at its regular meeting tonight, said Bill Davis, a negotiator for the Santa Paula Police Officers Assn.
