Tibbett & Britten Signs Lease

Tibbett & Britten Group, a logistics provider for Procter & Gamble Co., signed a 10-year $19-million lease for a 458,262-square-foot distribution building at 14701 Yorba Ave. at Centrepointe-South in Chino. Henry Johnson of Trammell Crow Co. represented Centrepointe-South. The tenant was represented by Peter McWilliams and Doug May of Colliers Seeley International.

New Hampshire Apartment Inc. acquired 17 apartment buildings totaling 419 units in Baldwin Villagein Baldwin Hills for$16.8 million from Thomas Pottmeyer Co. The seller was represented by Seth Pollen of Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was represented by Kevin Hurley, also of Marcus & Millichap.

Suntree Garden LLC purchased a 49,000-square-foot medical office building at 16100 Sand Canyon Ave. in Irvine from Costa Mesa-based Todd Boureston Development Inc. for $12.7 million. The buyer was represented by Ruby Simpson of Grubb & Ellis and Tom Stroud of Collins Commercial. Mark Larson of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Asset Management Consultants Inc. of Mission Hills acquired a 107,902-square-foot office building at 801 Corporate Center Drive in Pomona from Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Focus on the Family for $10.3 million. Ed Indvik of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and the seller.

Hector Regner bought the 73,500-square-foot Cabrillo Park shopping center at 1710-1730 E. 17th Street in Santa Ana from Cabrillo Park LLC for $6.8 million. The seller was represented by Carlos Lopez of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer was represented by Jack Faris of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
