Pay Toilets and Crime

These spacious public toilets will overnight become incubation nests for criminal activity (July 25). The city can’t even control criminal activities associated with the small public toilets near the L.A. police station in the skid row area. The public, tourists and the homeless will not benefit from these public toilets, but only, I fear, the criminals among us.
