Procom Technology Inc., an Irvine manufacturer of data storage products, reported a net loss of $3 million, or 25 cents a share, for its fiscal third quarter, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $2.5 million, or 22 cents a share. Sales declined 42% to $8 million.
