From Times Wire Reports

A key prosecution witness in the trial of an Atlanta strip club owner appeared to damage the government’s case when he testified that none of the club’s cash was earmarked for the Gambino crime family.

Former Gold Club manager Thomas “Ziggy” Sicignano described owner Steve Kaplan as a multimillionaire who often carried tens of thousands of dollars in his sweatsuit. But he testified that he knew of no club proceeds going to the mob.

“Every dollar there was supposed to go to Steve,” Sicignano said.
