Charles Rothenberg, who spent six years in prison for setting his son on fire in 1983, pleaded not guilty Monday to nine charges including arson, possession of a firearm, credit card fraud and perjury.
Police arrested Rothenberg, 60, after he allegedly withdrew money from cash machines using ATM cards that were not his. The arson charge relates to a recent fire that did minimal damage to his apartment building.
