The Aliso Viejo company reported that net income for the fourth quarter dropped about 92% to $38,600, or 1 cent a share, from $494,000, or 10 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue declined 5% to nearly $5.3 million. For the year, net income totaled $2.1 million, or 46 cents a share, down 25% from $2.8 million, or 56 cents a share, the previous year. Revenue dipped 3% to $22.8 million. The company makes lithotripters, noninvasive instruments that break down kidney stones with shock waves.
