Dutch Firm’s U.S. Arm Acquires EPace Software

The U.S. arm of a Dutch company said Monday that it has acquired EPace Software, a Newport Beach provider of accounting software. Wolters Kluwer North America did not disclose terms. Wolters’ North America, which is based in Chicago, is a unit of publisher Wolters Kluwer NV in Amsterdam.
