Reactionaries

* It is truly outrageous what President Bush and his “conservatives” are doing in regard to selection of judges (editorial, March 21). However, I must disagree on the use of the term “conservative” for these gentlemen. Since they don’t seem to want to “conserve” anything we have now, let’s call them what they truly are--”reactionaries.” It seems to be back to the future with these reactionaries.
