* A Mitsubishi Motors Corp. U.S. unit agreed to pay about $3.2 million to settle a suit by 10 workers who claimed that minorities at an Illinois factory were taunted and steered into the plant’s least desirable jobs. The value of the settlement, preliminarily approved by U.S. District Judge Michael Mihm, could increase as other workers come forward with claims. Under the agreement, as many as 240 employees can submit claims for damages and may receive as much as $200,000 each.
