Anti-Graft Raids Yield 11 Suspensions

President Vicente Fox’s government announced that its first anti-corruption raids have netted 11 officials who allegedly took bribes in exchange for granting everything from licenses to health certificates.
The Comptrollers Secretariat announced that 11 Mexican officials had been suspended after Thursday’s raids in five cities, including the capital.
