Imagyn Buys Assets of Brachytherapy Firm
Imagyn Medical Technologies Inc., an Irvine maker of urological, gynecological and general surgery medical products, said Monday that it has bought all the assets of a Texas company’s brachytherapy seed manufacturing business.
Terms of the deal with International Isotopes Inc. in Denton were not released.
Imagyn said in a press release that it will immediately take over the manufacturing of the brachytherapy seeds at Isotopes’ leased plant in Denton, where the Texas company had beem making the product for Imagyn.
