What Are You Drinking?

“I had--and I think this is awesome--Adam Tolmach’s ’99 Sauvignon Blanc from The Ojai Vineyard. It tastes like Sauvignon Blanc, and that’s like the best thing I can say about it. It’s terrific. I scarf it up whenever I can. It’s got a lot of bold flavors, that sort of fine line between the herbal grassy, sort of driven by a little citrus. I had it with rabbit and it was great.”
