Hearing Is Delayed in Killing by Dogs
From Times Wire Reports
A judge postponed a court hearing for a couple charged in the dog-mauling death of a neighbor.
Marjorie Knoller, 45, and Robert Noel, 59, are implicated in the Jan. 26 killing of 33-year-old Diane Whipple, who was attacked in the building where they all lived.
Knoller faces a second-degree murder charge because she was with the dogs when they attacked. Both also face charges of involuntary manslaughter and keeping a mischievous dog that killed a human being.
