Bet You Can’t Eat Just Three

With one dessert tasting better than the next, it was hard for us in The Times’ Test Kitchen to choose our favorites from among these individual mousse cakes, cheesecakes and tarts by Galaxy Desserts. We especially liked the polka-dot look of the Cappuccino Mousse and the gold-painted leaf atop the Grand Sequoia Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse With Grand Marnier wrapped in chocolate bark. The handmade tarts and cheesecakes would look great on a tray at your next party.
