Two men were taken into custody on suspicion of planting three pipe bombs at an elementary school this week, but one has been released.
Police arrested Raymond Quinones, 31, on suspicion of planting the bombs. Clinton York, 55, of Moss Landing was arrested and released Friday.
The bombs were found at Freedom Elementary School. A fourth pipe bomb was discovered on a rural road.
Three of the devices were disarmed and a fourth, which had been thrown away by a school janitor, is buried under tons of landfill and doesn’t pose any harm, according to police.
