Milla Jovovich, who co-stars with Ben Stiller in the upcoming comedy “Zoolander,” has sold her Hancock Park home for $3.1 million.

The actress has been shooting the thriller “No Good Deed” with Samuel L. Jackson in Montreal, but she has been shopping for another home in the L.A. area when in town, real estate sources said.

Built in 1925, the remodeled Mediterranean-style house that she sold has six bedrooms, including two master suites, in about 6,700 square feet.

The home, behind gates, also has a gallery with original tiles and coved ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry and an upstairs veranda with views of the grounds, pool and newly built, two-bedroom guest quarters over a three-car garage.

Jovovich had owned the home since June 2000.

The L’Oreal model-actress-singer, 25, starred in “The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc” (1999), and she co-starred with Denzel Washington in Spike Lee’s “He Got Game” (1998). She also co-starred with Bruce Willis in “The Fifth Element” (1997).

“Zoolander” is due out Sept. 28. No date has been set yet for the release of “No Good Deed.” Other upcoming movies in which she will star are the independent films “You Stupid Man” and “Resident Evil.”

Jovovich was born in Ukraine but moved with her parents to California when she was 5. By the time she was 12, she was a model appearing on the cover of a national magazine.

Jessica Biel, who co-stars with Freddie Prinze Jr. in the movie “Summer Catch,” has become a first-time buyer with her nearly $600,000 purchase of a condo in Santa Monica.

The 19-year-old, probably best known for playing the eldest daughter of a minister on the WB’s family drama “7th Heaven,” bought a single-level condo behind gates in a four-story building built in the early 1990s.

The two-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot-plus unit has high ceilings, crown moldings and maple hardwood floors. The condo also has two fireplaces, two patios and a laundry room.

Biel starred opposite Jonathan Taylor Thomas in “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” (1998) and played Peter Fonda’s rebellious granddaughter in the acclaimed film “Ulee’s Gold” (1997).

Her role of Mary Camden on “7th Heaven,” which first aired in 1996, was reduced last year so she could attend Tufts University in Massachusetts. She is expected to return to the series for its final season this year.

Donna Dellaportas and Sally Forster Jones of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills, represented Biel in her purchase; Heidi Schuler and Suzanne Sanders of Coldwell Banker, Santa Monica, had the listing.

Actor Wayne Rogers and his wife, Amy, have put their Beverly Hills home on the market at $2.95 million.

Rogers, who co-starred with Bo Derek in the June TV movie “Frozen With Fear,” is probably most widely known for his role as Capt. “Trapper John” McIntyre on the TV series “MASH,” which aired from 1972 to 1983.

Built in 1923, the Spanish-style home has five bedrooms and six baths in about 5,000 square feet. The home also has a guest house and a pool.

The actor has owned his Beverly Hills home for about 30 years but is selling, he said, “because we are now residents of the state of Florida.”

He and his wife, a former producer of “Good Morning America,” also have homes in Utah, New York and Phoenix. They have lived in Florida for about two years.

Besides acting, Rogers is a home builder, financier and one of many big-name partners of Lewis Wolff, a high-end hotelier, according to Forbes magazine.

Sidney Kibrick of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, has the listing.

Architect Jeffrey Daniels has put a Laurel Canyon hideaway he designed for himself on the market at $749,000 and is moving to a house where his bride, actress Beata Pozniak, has been living in the Beverly Hills area.

The house where the newlyweds will be living was purchased by Pozniak in 1994 from Nora Flynn Black, a wife of the late actor Errol Flynn and mother of two of Flynn’s children. Daniels plans to redesign the three-bedroom home, built by Black in the early ‘70s.

The house he is selling was built in 1992 and has been described as “rustic yet modern.” Daniels has called it his “homage” to author Raymond Chandler, who often mentioned Laurel Canyon in his stories.

The 1,655-square-foot home is on three levels and has high-tech, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, a living room with a sleeping loft and two bedroom suites downstairs. The kitchen and dining room have yard access. Plans come with the house for a swimming pool.

Pozniak, in her 30s, is probably best known for playing Marina Oswald in the Oliver Stone movie “JFK” (1991). She later appeared in the series “Mad About You,” “JAG” and “Melrose Place.” Pozniak also spearheaded a successful drive to have International Women’s Day recognized in the U.S.

Daniels, who heads his own architectural firm and has designed a home for artist David Hockney and interiors for such restaurants as Typhoon and Opus, is director of the architecture, interior and environmental design program at UCLA Extension.

Erik Lerner and Brian Walsh Linder of Mossler, Deasy & Doe, Beverly Hills, have the listing.

Dr. Bernard Salick, who founded a chain of 24-hour cancer-care clinics that he sold for $480 million in the mid-1990s, has listed his horse ranch in Hidden Valley, near Thousand Oaks, at $50 million.

Salick, 61, plans to move his horse breeding and training center from the 92-acre ranch to a 113-acre property in New York that he bought last month, according to Bloomberg News.

Salick runs the facility to help his three daughters train for riding competitions. One of his daughters had bone cancer, which prompted Salick to develop the outpatient clinics.

He developed the ranch from three ranches that he bought starting in 1983. One had belonged to actor William Powell, Bloomberg reported. Powell co-starred with Myrna Loy in the “Thin Man” movies of the ‘30s and ‘40s.

The ranch has four barns, a jumping ring, a training ring and a dressage ring. There are stables for more than 70 horses.

The property also has three main houses, three guest houses, staff quarters for eight and three ranch offices.

Built in 1929, the primary residence, with four bedrooms in 5,800-plus square feet, is on a knoll with acres of mature orchards.

After he sold the outpatient clinics, Salick formed Bentley Health Care Inc. with plans, yet unrealized, to open cancer and AIDS treatment centers in New York and Great Britain.

Philip Spalding of Sotheby’s International Realty, Brentwood, has the Hidden Valley listing.
