Microsoft Proceedings Postponed Again

Share

Court proceedings in the Microsoft Corp. antitrust case have been delayed for a second time in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on Washington and New York, the Justice Department said. Both parties had asked the court for additional time to prepare.

The new deadline for filing a joint status report is Thursday. The hearing has been postponed until Sept. 28.

The proceedings will determine how Microsoft should be punished for breaking federal antitrust laws.
