The People, Not Just Irvine Co., Back Agran

Re “Plans for Base Link Mayor, Irvine Co.,” March 31:

The implication that Irvine Mayor Larry Agran was bought by the Irvine Co. to fight for the Great Park is most remarkable for its foolishness and prejudice! Unlike Supervisor Chuck Smith and his ilk, we, the people, agree with Agran. Those who come after us deserve one of the great metropolitan parks of the world. And to get it, the public sector and the private sector, including the Irvine Co., must work together in the spirit of goodwill.
