Re “U.S. Wants Suit by Indonesians Dismissed,” Aug. 7:
Apparently America’s war on terrorism does not include defending against the terrorizing of Indonesian villagers at the hands of a violent military force as it happens under the watchful eye of an American corporation.
If the war on terrorism takes precedence over human rights, then what good is it?
