Nabokov Loses His Appeal to Play for Russia

San Jose Shark goalie Evgeni Nabokov lost his appeal on Thursday and will not be able to play for Russia in the Winter Olympics.

The Court of Arbitration for Sports ruled against Nabokov because he previously represented Kazakhstan in the 1994 world championships.
