From Times Wire Reports
Two men who helped two of the Sept. 11 hijackers obtain false IDs were sentenced in Alexandria.
Victor Lopez-Flores, who falsely certified that one hijacker was a Virginia resident and helped the other obtain a similar form, was sentenced to 27 months in prison.
Herbert Villalobos, who admitted driving the two hijackers to get the forms, was sentenced to four months. Since he had served 4 1/2 months before sentencing, he was expected to be released soon.
