From Times Wire Reports

The 15-year-old boy who killed himself crashing a stolen plane into a Tampa skyscraper left a note saying that Al Qaeda terrorists had tried to recruit him. But police said there was no truth to the claim.

Police investigators also concluded that Charles J. Bishop’s crash appeared intentional.

He was killed Jan. 5 when the single-engine Cessna slammed into the 28th floor of the Bank of America Plaza. His family questioned whether he committed suicide.
