1 Hospitalized, 7 Others Stung in Bee Attack

One person was hospitalized and seven others were stung many times during an attack of bees at a Garden Grove strip mall, authorities said. The attack occurred at 1:49 p.m. Saturday near Brookhurst Street and Westminster Avenue after a beehive in a nearby attic was disturbed, a fire dispatch supervisor said.
