From Times Wire Reports

The military inquiry into blasts at a Nigerian armory that killed more than 1,000 said a large quantity of arms was stolen during the explosions, a newspaper reported.

An unidentified military source told the Sunday Vanguard that the interim report submitted to the chief of army staff last week also blamed sabotage for the Jan. 27 explosions.

President Olusegun Obasanjo vowed in an interview on the BBC’s Web site to make public the findings of the inquiry on the explosions in Lagos.
