Jewish Congress Gets New Leader

NEW YORK--Neil Goldstein, director of national affairs for the American Jewish Congress, has been named executive director, replacing Phil Baum, who is retiring.
Goldstein, a former community organizer, helped raise $11 million for the U.S. Holocaust museum. Baum worked 30 years with the group, which advocates strict separation of church and state, and opposes such policies as private school vouchers
