Rocket Hits Vehicle, Killing 4 Afghan Soldiers

Four Afghan soldiers were killed and six wounded when their vehicle was hit by a rocket fired by unidentified assailants in southern Afghanistan, the Afghan Islamic Press reported.
The soldiers were patrolling a desert area in search of suspected smugglers when their vehicle was targeted by unidentified men, the independent news agency said, quoting an Afghan army officer.
Six soldiers were wounded in the attack, the agency said. It did not say where the attack took place.
