What: “Pain-Free Golf”

Author: Dr. Christian Reichardt

Publisher: Golf Health

Here’s a book designed for any golfer whose body seems to get in the way of a successful swing. Written in an easy-to-follow manner, the 132-page paperback book includes diagrams that illustrate the movements that go into a good swing and exercises intended to make those movements easier.

The book does not teach a new or better swing, but rather helps golfers learn how to overcome their bodies’ physical restrictions.

He has worked with a number of professional golfers, among them Amy Alcott, who wrote the foreword for the book.
