Judge Puts Visit Limits on Giuliani’s Children
A judge overseeing former New York Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani’s divorce case ruled that his two children can’t stay at his Manhattan residence while his girlfriend is visiting.
State Supreme Court Justice Judith Gische said 16-year-old Andrew and 12-year-old Caroline aren’t “psychologically ready” to stay overnight when Giuliani’s girlfriend, Judith Nathan, 46, is also staying over.
The judge set a temporary visitation schedule that lets Giuliani, 57, and his estranged wife, Donna Hanover, 51, spend alternate weekends with the children.
