Responsible Cleanup

Re “Poisoning the Superfund,” editorial, March 9: It amazes me how members of Congress and corporate executives are so willing to let corporations off the hook for their own irresponsible behavior but preach incessantly about the lack of responsibility of homeless welfare recipients and others who are not near the top of the heap. I guess I am just a slow learner.
