Lost in Traffic
Re “Hahn Puts Dent in L.A. Gridlock,” March 21: While Mayor James Hahn is busy getting a kink in his arm from patting himself on the back during his delusion that Los Angeles traffic is improving, he needs to be reminded that the city of Los Angeles promised to implement vast structural improvements to the existing nightmare of the intersection at 3rd Street and Fairfax Avenue before the new Grove shopping center opened. Well, who let that project “slip through the cracks”?
The next mayoral election can’t come soon enough.
