Journalists Take Bomb Chemicals to Parliament

Two German journalists trying to expose lax security carried bomb-making chemicals into the Reichstag, triggering a major security alert and the evacuation of the parliament building.
The Reichstag was closed and searched for three hours after police briefly detained the two men.
Their Max magazine editor, Hajo Schumacher, said the publication had wanted to see if security at public buildings could prevent a terrorist attack.
