Rebels Attack Town 22 Miles From Capital

Rebels seeking to oust Liberian President Charles Taylor have attacked a town just 22 miles from the capital, Monrovia.
Liberians United for Reconciliation and Democracy rebels said they had taken over Kley and were poised to strike at the international airport east of the capital.
Defense Minister Daniel Chea confirmed the attack but not the takeover. No deaths were initially reported by either side.
