Ralph Dills Services Set for Wednesday

Services for Ralph C. Dills, who served in the state Legislature for 43 years, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Masonic Temple, 1123 J St., Sacramento.

Dills, 92, died Thursday in a nursing home in the Northern California community of Rocklin.
